helpful staff spacious room clean room
i found the reception staff to be very helpful. the kitchen staff were also lovely. the room i stayed in was spacious and clean.
the lift was slow and could only accommodate two people at a time, which occasionally caused a short wait

helpful staff cheese selection effective air conditioning
i found the front desk staff quite helpful they arranged my airport transfer with ease. the breakfast buffet offered a great selection of local cheeses. the room's air conditioning worked effectively keeping the temperature just right during the hotter days.

the location proved excellent. it was close to many shops. staff helped a lot. daily cleaning occurred as promised.
the lift operated slowly. it fit only two people. this caused some delays during peak times.
